Leighton Makes Winning Return

Steven Leighton returned to tournament tennis
in style with a superb win in the Grade 4 Winter County event at Esporta Hamilton in this U14 Winter County event.

Nisbet Dominates U10 Winter Challenge Circuit

Kieran Nisbet has been in great form notching up a trio of U10 titles in the West of Scotland Winter Challenge Series. His latest victory at Whitecraigs followed hot on the heels of his victory on home soil at Strathgryffe. Well done Kieran.

Kerr Wins Cambridge Grand Prix

Cameron Kerr made Strathgryffe history by becoming the first player to win a Grade 2 LTA tournament. This is a UK level tournament and young Kerr managed to fend off the best Under 10 players in the UK to secure his victory.

Cameron and Amber Play for Scotland

Cameron Kerr (9) and Amber Duncan (8) were recently selected to play for Scotland in a UK regional training match against NE England, NW England and Midlands. Cameron, Caitlin and Anna Win

Cameron Kerr completed a good fortnight by winning the Esporta Hamilton Grade 3 Indoor Series tournament at U10 level. He previously won a County indoor event and was invited to an U10 UK player camp in London. Kerr Wins Two Tournaments in One Day!

Cameron Kerr managed the unusual feat of winning an U9 tournament at two different venues in the same day. In the morning he won the Busby Summer Challenge then won the same series at Thorn Park in the afternoon. Phew!

Holly in Great Form to Win at Bearsden

Holly Docherty (7) won the Bearsden Summer Challenge U8 a beating several boys on the way – Girl Power! Craig Robertson won a thrilling final 22 – 20 to win the Giffnock U8 Summer Challenge. Well done both players.
