Open to both members and non members a Legs Bums and Tums class at 10:00 and Pilates at 11:00 on Mondays each lasting 45 minutes will be starting a new block on January 11th 2016. The classes will be held at the Strathgryffe Club and will be taken by the very experienced Misty Kerr. The new block for each class will run for 10 weeks and will be £40 for members and £50 for non members. These classes are welcome to all to attend and try.
Legs Bums and Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunge stretches and exercise for the legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach. A conditioning class focusing on reshaping the lower body. This is a low impact class with an element of cardiovascular work suitable for all levels of fitness.
Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility.
